How booking works
How far ahead should I book?
We require at least three weeks’ notice for all bookings so Chef Quay can source the best ingredients for your event.
How is pricing determined?
Food prices change with the market, so every event is quoted individually. You’ll receive an estimate by email after you submit.
What does the “Add’l fee” tag mean?
Items marked “Add’l fee” are premium selections, such as crab, lobster and lamb, that carry an additional charge.
Is my booking confirmed?
Not yet. Submitting sends us your request. We’ll follow up to finalize your menu, date and details before anything is confirmed.
